"Burr 1 Shepherds Hut consists of a studio-style layout with a double bed, kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with wodburning stove, plus a separate shower room. Amenities include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge. Outside there is a non-enclosed garden with decking, barbecue, furniture, and hot tub, plus off-road parking. Within 4.6 miles you will find a shop, and within 2.5 miles, a pub, and please note this is a smoke-free and pet-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Make a memorable retreat to Devon with a stay at the lovely Burr 1 Shepherds Hut. Note: No children allowed, adults only. Note: Check-in 4pm, check-out 10am."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
