First floor family bathroom with large corner bath with shower over, plus a separate shower cubicle. Two cloakrooms with WC and basin. Garden patio with seating and hot tub, off-road parking for 3 cars. Within 3.7 miles there is a shop and pub. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all inc. Hot tub is maintained by a professional hot tub company with water change/ chemical check for every arrival. Please do not be concerned if the water shade looks unusual, this can be due to natural iron in the borehole supply.
