"The living areas in this three-storey property consist of a kitchen/diner with a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, and woodburning stove, and a first-floor sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms are set on the second floor and consist of a double and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a shared rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.2 miles. a pub in 0.1 miles, and River Kent in 0.4 miles. Travel cot and highchair available. 7 Fountain Brow is a fabulous base, perfect for exploring Cumbria as a family. Note: There are steps to the exterior of the property. Note: The staircase is quite steep and there is no handrail, please consider this when booking.

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
