Perfect for a family trip to Dubrovnik and southern Croatia, this modern holiday villa offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an additional toilet, an open living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a TV lounge and an extra sleeping area. The villa’s outdoor facilities include a swimming pool overlooking the port of Gruz, a sun terrace, an outdoor dining area and a wood-burning grill. Located in a quiet part of Lapad, Villa Marinera offers peace but it is still close to a lively promenade by the sea. There are many restaurants, shops, cafés and a shopping mall within walking distance. The famous City Walls are a pleasant 40-minute walk or less than a 10-minute taxi ride away. The residential area of the villa covers 200 square meters and is spread over 2 floors. All bedrooms are on the ground floor.  Two of them have double beds and private bathrooms. One ensuite bathroom comes with a hydro-massage bathtub and the second comes with a shower. The third and fourth bedrooms have queen size beds and they share one bathroom with a shower. Baby cot and high chair are available on request. On the ground level of the Villa Marinera, there is also a laundry room. Here you will have at disposal a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The large open-concept living zone is on the first floor. It opens up to a beautiful sunny terrace with a heated pool and views of the park and the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped. So, here you will find a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave oven, stovetop, oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, and machine for filter coffee. The outdoor terrace is equipped with a dining table and 8 sunbeds. There is a good size wood-fire burning grill so you can prepare delicious meals for yourself and your family if you want to. You can relax and sunbathe on a sun deck and enjoy beautiful views by the heated pool. Free Wi-Fi is available indoors and outdoors of the villa. The smart TV comes with satellite channels, cable television, and Netflix. Villa Marinera in Dubrovnik is an excellent holiday base for sightseeing in Dubrovnik city and exploring the southern coast of Croatia. We recommend a visit to Konavle - the hinterland of Dubrovnik, the Peljesac peninsula known for its vineyards and wines, and a daily cruise to the Elaphite Islands in the Dubrovnik archipelago.
