Outside there is a shared lawned garden with furniture, picnic bench, charcoal barbecue, and access to ownerÔÇÖs field across the stream, off-road parking for two cars, and an EV charger at a supplement. Two well behaved pets welcome with a supplement of -ú25 per pet. This is a smoke-free home.
