Details of the Cottage
"Dappledown Cottage, a single-storey house, consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, and dining table for four, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and twin. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside, there is a front communal lawn with picnic bench and ample off-road parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 1.4 miles, shop 1.7 miles, beach 2.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy a splendid retreat at Dappledown Cottage. Note: There are a few steps up to the shower and WC in the shower room, please take care. Note: This property has access to the lake. Note: Weekly fishing permits (dawn to dusk) are 30 GBP for the Lilypad/Match/Pleasure and 40 GBP for the Karpium. Note: Night fishing is available at extra charge. Please note: The gate that allows access to the property and site will be closed in the evenings at 7 pm."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
