"Si-Yr-Afon consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, electric ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, a living/dining room with sitting for six people, a woodburning stove, a TV and a sitting room with a selection of books and games. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and one twin alongside a bathroom and a shower room. Outside there is an enclosed rear garden area with a patio, balcony and furniture. There is roadside parking on a first come first serve basis. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome for 20GBP per dog, but sorry, this is a smoke-free property. Within 0.2 miles, you will find a shop, within 0.1 miles, a pub and within 0.1 miles a river. A highchair and travel cot are available on request and WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: Children must be supervised in the garden as the lake backs onto the property. Note: Steps going down onto the lower patio area of the garden. Note: Dogs are not allowed upstairs or on furniture. Si-Yr-Afron is a fantastic base for your holiday."
