Superb 2 bedroom apartment with two balconies one overlooking the swimming pool and the other overlooking the gardens and the Taurus mountains. . It is air-conditioned throughout and fully alarmed for your safety and security. It is a short walk to the town where there are numerous shops and restaurants. The beach is nearby but If this is not your idea of fun then you can go white water rafting, visit the water parks, shopping in Antalya, take a jeep safari or go quad biking through the Taurus Mountains, riverboat trips, boat trips, paint-balling or scuba diving. For those who prefer to absorb history and culture there is the Hellenistic/Roman City of Perge nearby and the great amphitheatre of Aspendos. The gorgeous Manavgat water falls and the Roman city of Side are also close by. Belek is a must for golfers.

Our apartment unlike many of the villas in Belek is very close to the town about 10 mins walk so there is no need to hire a car or use taxis. It is great to wander out in the evening to the various restaurants and be able to have a beer or two and then wander back. There are many shops in Belek. There is also a huge market on Saturday just at the end of our road where shoppers can haggle to their hearts content. Holiday makers can also head to the old town of Antalya for more extensive shopping. There is a good choice of restaurants in Belek and the village of Kadriye is just two miles (4km) away, and easily reached by dolmus, and has a selection of shops, bars and restaurants. The nearby city of Antalya is 22 miles (35km) away, Coast/beach The long sandy beach is 5 minutes drive away and is easily reached by taxi or bus or you can hire a car which we can help you with. There is also a tractor and trailer which goes regularly to the beach.

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

A £75 deposit will be required at the time of booking. Full payment will then be required 8 weeks before department along with a security deposit of £150 which is fully refundable upon satisfactory clearance from our property agent.
The apartment will be cleaned before arrival and on departure. Additional cleaning is available upon request.
All water and electricity costs are included in the rental.
