Also a few km from the cosy little and typical Spanish town Benahavis with more restaurants (also Michelin star restaurants) and small shops. Marbella city center is approximately 15 km. The community is gated providing landscaped gardens with 4 large swimming pools. The community provides sunbeds and sun lounges (with curtains for privacy). This apartment consist of 1 living and dining, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathrooms and great terrace area. This apartment is decorated in a clean Scandinavian style. A wonderful ‘breath of fresh air’-interior. When entering the apartment of 103 m2 + 35 m2 terrace area, the modern Sandinavian style living presents itself bright and beautiful. A spacious salon with combination of dining area and a sofa group for 4 persons. From the living area there is access to a covered terrace with amazing views towards the east with dining table for 8 persons and a great lounge area the sofa group there is another terrace with lounge area situated to the south west. The master bedroom has a double bed of 1.80 * 2.00 m, build inn wardrobe and en suite bathroom with combination of bathtub/shower, toilet, bidet and double sink. From this bedroom there is direct access to the terrace facing east. The second bedroom has a double bed with build in wardrobe. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and single sink. There is a spacious kitchen with all necessary equipment as oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Internet: Fiber Optic internet connection. Prices are based on 4 persons. Extra bed/sofa bed: Ask the office for that possibility. Baby cot & high chair: We inform you that we gladly arrange a baby cot and high chair for you. The price is Euro 30 for 1 week and Euro 50 for 2 weeks, including 1 set of bed sheets. Advise the office. Delivery clean bed sheets & towels: If you require delivery of bed sheets and towels during your stay please do advise us when you make a reservation. The price is Euro 10 p. person.
