"Cedrus Lodge consists of an open-plan living area with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, with dining seating for six people, and sitting area with TV and DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a double with TV and en-suite, a double, and a twin with TV, serviced by a bathroom. Outside, there is wraparound decking with furniture and enclosed garden with lawn and wood-fired hot tub, and off-road parking for two cars. Sorry, no pets. Sorry, no smoking. YouÔÇÖll find a shop in 6.4 miles, pub in 1.7 miles, and a lake in 0.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. Cedrus Lodge is a delightful base for a Cumbria escape. Note: On-site Vegetarian Coffee Shop/Restaurant is open 10am ÔÇô 4:30pm (closed on Mondays). Note: One dog is welcome by arrangement for -ú20 per week. Dogs must be kept on a lead and not allowed to roam freely. Note: Three day breaks available at 70% of weekly price. Note: A -ú100 deposit secures your booking."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
