"Hen Stablau consists of a kitchen/diner with oven and electric hob, microwave, fridge, toaster and kettle, a utility with washing machine and a sitting room with Smart TV and woodburning stove (wood available nearby for purchase for woodburning stove). The bedrooms consist of a double with freestanding bath, a ground-floor double, another double and a bunk room, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is an garden with lawn, patio, furniture and barbecue, and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved pet welcome (-ú29 supplement payable to the owners). Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop within 4.5 miles, and a pub within 1 mile. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Hen Stablau is a lovely base for exploring Eryri National Park and the surrounding countryside. There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 200 GBP."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
