Details of the Cottage
"The living areas include a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, dishwasher, washing machine and a sitting room with woodburning stove and TV. The bedrooms include a king-size and a single, serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard and roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub and within 1.7 miles there is a beach. One pet is welcome however smoking is not allowed. Travel cot, highchair, stairgate, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Choose Cross Street for a delightful base in Devon. Note: There is a small step out of the single bedroom, please take care. Note: There are height restrictions on some of the doorways, please take care."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
