"Berry Bay, a single-storey cabin, consists of a studio-style living space including a double bed, a sofa bed, kitchenette with a small oven, 2-ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, and toaster, and a dining area seating two with TV. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a private, non-enclosed front decking with furniture and barbecue, a wood-fired hot tub - fire wood is provided, a shared front lawn, and parking available. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1.7 miles, pub 1.6 miles, beach 1.1 miles, lake 0.3 miles. Begin your Devon escape at Berry Bay. Note: Step down to lawn from decking area, please take care. Note: All cabins are closed from 21st Jan until 7th February and June 6th until June 9th. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
