"Please be aware of the following booking requirements: weekly bookings only starting on a Friday during Easter and Summer School Holidays as well as February and October Half Term; minimum stay of 5 nights over Christmas and 3 nights over New Year. Tadworthy Tower, a quirky holiday home over three floors, consists of a kitchen with kettle, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer, a dining room with dining seating, and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor double and twin. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a public car park available nearby. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Tadworthy Tower is a wonderful escape to Devon, whatever time of year. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping Bond of 250 GBP."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
