This beautiful villa is ideal for those who love tranquillity and want to explore the island. In the garden you will find an elegant chlorine swimming pool where you can refresh yourself. The pool measures 10x5m and has a depth of between 1.20m and 1.80m. Next to it, there are 8 comfortable sun loungers where you can relax and sunbathe. The shaded terrace has a table where you can enjoy delicious meals in an outdoor dining area. The property is fenced and there are neighbours nearby. The living/dining room has a TV-set and a table with space for 8 people. The kitchen, which is independent and has a ceramic hob, has everything you need to prepare your meals in total comfort. There is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board in the house. The 4 bedrooms, all of which have a fan, are ideal for relaxing after a busy day. One of them has a double bed, while the rest have 2 single beds each. You will also find 2 shower bathrooms and a toilet. If you are travelling with your baby, we can offer you a cot and a highchair. The location of the house allows you to visit several places of interest easily and quickly. The magical village of Binibeca and its beautiful cove are just a short distance from the property. Other coastal areas are also close by. The Splash Sur water park or the imposing Torre de Punta Prima, situated in a privileged enclave, are also close by. In the picturesque village of Sant Lluís you will find all the comforts to enjoy an independent stay, as well as various restaurants where you can enjoy the typical gastronomy of the Balearic Islands. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Pets are not allowed.
