"Quarry House consists of a kitchen/diner with electric hob, oven, combi oven/microwave, fridge/freezer, TV, dining table seating six people, a utility with a washing machine and tumble dryer, a sitting room with a Smart TV and a woodburning stove, a conservatory and a first-floor snug with a balcony. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, a king-size, and a double, serviced by a bathroom and a cloakroom. Outside, there is an enclosed rear patio and lawn garden with furniture and hot tub, plus off-road parking for 2 cars. You'll find a shop in 3.2 miles and a pub in 0.1 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Quarry House is a pleasant base overlooking the Shropshire hills. Note: Steep hill access to driveway. Note: The garden slopes, please take care. Note: Please do not leave children unattended due to the balcony."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
