Outside there is a private front terrace with furniture, an enclosed rear courtyard with furniture and roadside parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis as well as additional parking in nearby car park. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop, within 0.1 miles a pub and within 0.5 miles a river and please note that pets are allowed but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Rose Cottage is a charming base for a family escape to Devon. Note: There are steep steps up to the property and in the garden."
