Details of the Cottage
"Nyth yr Eryr consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, and toaster, a dining room, and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of two doubles, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a front lawn, enclosed side patio, and roadside parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy a splendid retreat at Nyth yr Eryr. Note: There is no TV or WiFi at the property. Note: Please mind your head on the low door frames throughout the cottage. Note: Take care on the uneven floor and narrow exit from the bathroom. Note: Two children are welcome up to the age of 10 due to the property setup and facilities available. Note: There are a few steps up to the property. Note: The double bed can only be accessed from one side. Note: Check-in from 3pm, check-out by 11am."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
