More cars can be parked on the street right in front of the villa. Through a stairway you reach the villa with its ample garden with natural grass, which is exceptional in this area! On the ground floor you’ll find the living room with separate TV room, dining area and fully equipped modern open kitchen. From here you have access to the back terrace with BBQ and to the front area of the villa. Here you’ll find the beautiful garden with a large pine tree for natural shadow. Private swimming pool with an undeep part, ideal for small children. The pool has a salt-system which means no chlorine and no red eyes. Exterior dining table and sun loungers.
