"The open-plan living area includes a kitchen housing an aga range cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with Freeview, DVD player, selection of books, dining seating and a woodburning stove. The bedrooms include a double and twin serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is a gravelled garden with barbecue and off-road parking for two cars. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in rent. Two well-behaved pets are welcome however smoking is not allowed. This is a charming secluded base to explore Cornwall, whatever time of year. Off-road parking for 2 cars. Tintagel Castle approximately 12 miles and Bodmin Moor approx 8 miles. Beach approx 7 miles/10 minute drive with surfing and surf shops. Camel Trail cycle route is approx 3 miles away. Surfing, walking, cycling, golfing guests etc welcome. Storage available for sports equipment. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles and pub 0.6 miles. Note: Garden not fully secure, please take care with pets "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
