The villa futures large private swimming pool sunbeds and prasols around the pool, large outsite dining table on the fron balcony next to the pool, very well maintained beautiful large private garden. The villa is only a short 2-3 minute stroll to beach and waterside restaurants. Unwind in beautiful, natural surroundings. The atmosphere is relaxed and romantic. The locals are very friendly. Making friends here is easy. The beautiful air conditioned lounge and the dining area has excellent brand new furniture. The fully fitted open kitchen (separate from the living area) has a dishwasher and washing machine. There is a cloakroom and large terrace with table and chairs. The first floor has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and a family bathroom with shower. The villa and garden enjoys the sun all day and all evening. A travel cot and high chair are available if required.
