"610 Caravan, a single-storey caravan, consists of an open-plan living space with a sofa bed, TV, gas fire, dining seating for four, and a kitchen with a double gas oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite basin and WC and a twin, serviced by a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. All of this awaits at 610 Caravan. Shop 0.4 miles, on-site bar and restaurant 0.1 miles, beach 2.9 miles. Note: There are a couple of steps to the exterior, please take care. Note: On-site facilities include a bar, two restaurants, evening entertainment, an indoor heated pool, an outdoor pool, a children's pool, an outdoor children's playground, an amusement arcade, laundry facilities, payable on-site."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
