"Newbury Cottage is an end of terrace cottage which can be found close to the centre of Bourton-on-the-Water, Gloucestershire. The cottage dates back 230 years and retains its original exposed beams and a Cotswold stone fireplace, all the while containing modern furnishings. Downstairs has a living room, a newly fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as a conservatory with a table and chairs. The first floor has one double bedroom and the second floor has one twin bedroom accessed via a steep uncarpeted staircase. There is a separate bathroom and WC. There is an office with a travel cot and a single futon available for any extra guests. Outside has a large lawned garden area with furniture provided in an outdoor laundry shed. Parking is available for one car in an allocated parking space. Newbury Cottage is perfect for small families. Please note the second floor twin bedroom is accessed via a steep uncarpeted staircase, the staircase has a rope banister. Please note during July and August minimum 7 night bookings only"
