"The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and a coffee machine, a dining area with breakfast bar for two guests and a sitting room with Smart TV and a woodburning stove. There is one mezzanine-style double bedroom, along with a ground-floor shower room. To the exterior, there is an outside area with furniture and off-road parking is available. Within 3.6 miles you will find a shop and within 0.9 miles, a pub and please note that two well-behaved dogs are allowed (with a charge of -ú25 per week for a 2nd dog) but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Beckaford View is a delightful base, ideal for a coupleÔÇÖs getaway in Devon. Note: The property is next to the ownerÔÇÖs home. Note: There are unfenced ponds nearby, please ensure dogs are supervised. Note: The stunning picture windows have blinds fitted which can cover the lower section of the window leaving the Dartmoor scenery available to guests for morning viewing. Eye masks are available for those that prefer complete darkness when sleeping."
