Smart TV, surround sound music system in the living room and bathroom. WiFi provided. Fuel and power inc in rent. Bed linen and towels inc in rent. Parking permit for 1 car. Balcony with furniture. Hairdryer. Iron and ironing board. 1 small well behaved pet allowed -ú35, second small pet -ú20 (please contact us to make payment for the second dog). No smoking. Please Note: There is no garden for pets, but plenty of walks on the doorstep. Please Note: Unfortunately pets are not permitted on the beds . "
