"The living areas in this top-floor apartment consist of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge with freezer box and a dishwasher, a dining area with seating for two guests and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is a private front balcony with furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 0.1 miles you will find a shop and a pub and within 0.3 miles, a lake and please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. 32 Quarry Rigg is a lovely escape for your next holiday in the Lake District. Note: No child facilities. Note: The property is on the top floor and accessed via several flights of stairs which may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
