"Don's Lodge consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with microwave, electric oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, a dining area with dining seating for four, and a sitting area with Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a double with a Smart TV and twin also with a Smart TV. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed front decking with furniture and off-road parking for two. Sorry, no pets and no smoking at this property. Guests can find a shop in 1 mile and a pub in 0.1 mile. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. All of this and so much more with a stay at the welcoming Don's Lodge. Note: There are several onsite facilities including a restaurant, pub, gym, swimming pool and entertainment. Note: Guests to bring their own travel cot matress."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
