"StokerÔÇÖs Cottage, a cottage over three floors, consists of a kitchen/diner with AGA, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, and dining seating for four people, a sitting room with Smart TV, and a dressing room. The bedrooms consist of a double and second-floor double, serviced by a bathroom. You'll find a shop in 0.3 miles, pub in 0.2 miles, river in 1.1 miles, beach and lake in 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio and furniture and dedicated off-road parking for two cars. Sorry, no smoking. One small well behaved pet welcome. Wherever your exploration takes you, enjoy all this with a stay at StokerÔÇÖs Cottage. Note: woodburning stove currently not in use. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
