"Maiden Moor, a semi-detached holiday home, consists of a kitchen/diner with dining seating, washer/dryer, oven, hob, and fridge, and a sitting room with TV and open fire. The bedrooms consist of a double, twin, and single. There is a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, and basin, and WC, and a cloakroom with basin and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with patio, gravelled area, and picnic bench, and off-road parking for one car. Additional free parking is available nearby. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Make memories with a stay at Maiden Moor. Cot and highchair available upon request - guests need to bring own linen for the cot. Local caf+® next door. Hotel catering available for non-residents."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
