There is also an open plan sitting/dining room, again with Flat screen TV and DVD player and gas wood burning-style stove. The well-equipped kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer and microwave. There is also a downstairs cloakroom with WC and hand wash basin plus a utility room with a washing machine. First Floor   The smart master bedroom has a comfortable, king-size bed, a bay window with sea views and an en-suite shower room. The second bedroom has a king sized bed and views over the garden and across to the golf course to the rear.
