" This single-storey lodge has three bedrooms, a double, a twin, and a bunk, along with a shower room, a kitchen and a living/dining room. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, separate freezer and washing machine, and for entertainment there is a TV and WiFi. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars and decking with furniture. Fuel, -ú10 of power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent and a highchair is available. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Sorry, this is a smoke-free property. You can find a shop within 0.3 miles, a pub within 1.1 miles, and a beach within 0.5 miles. Note: After the initial -ú10 power credit, guests will need to top up the metre. Note: There are steps up to the property. For a traditional seaside lodge escape, choose Swiss Cottage."

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
