"Single-storey. There are two bedrooms: one super-king (zip/link, can be twin on request) and one double. Shower room equipped with a walk-in shower, a basin, and a WC. Living area with an open layout that includes a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area. Heating by electricity. Oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and dishwasher are all electric. Utility with washing machine, hoover and clothes airer. WiFi and television. Fuel and electricity are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Parking is available off-road for one vehicle. Picnic bench on a decked area outside. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. The shop is 1.2 miles away, the pub is 0.2 miles away, and the beach is 0.1 mile away. Please keep in mind that check-in begins at 5 p.m. and ends at 10 a.m. Escape reality with a retreat to Beside the Sea. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
