Details of the Cottage
"There is one double bedroom along with a separate bathroom. The living area is open-plan with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, and washing machine, a dining table for four, and a sitting area with a TV and DVD player. Outside, there is a garden with furniture and off-road parking for one car. Within 3.4 miles, there is a shop, and within 1.4 miles, a pub. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A highchair, travel cot and stairgate are available on request. Note: Road noise is to be excepted. The cottage is positioned in a dimly lit area at night. Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 9am. Whisk your other half away for a romantic holiday in Dorset at Lavender Cottage."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
