"Braiders Rest consists of an open-plan living space including a kitchen with an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, kettle, toaster, a dining area, and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a second-floor twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a rear, enclosed, shared garden and roadside parking (subject to spaces being available). Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.3 miles, pub 0.1 miles, beach 2.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Explore the beautiful coasts of Dorset with a getaway to Braiders Rest. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. The property has a good housekeeping bond of 250 GBP."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
