"Rockland House consists of a kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, combi microwave/oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and wine chiller and a living/dining room with smart TV, DVD player, and soundbar. The bedrooms consist of two king-sizes and twin. There is a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio, decking, lawn, furniture, chiminea, and hot tub, and private driveway parking for three cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 0.1 miles, shop 0.2 miles, beach 0.6 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: The driveway is 2.159 meters wide (85 inches), allowing for a standard vehicle to pass with care. Note: The fireplace is a feature only and does not work. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
