"3 Pebble Cottage consists of a kitchen with range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and a living/dining room with smart TV, woodburning stove, and dining table. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size (zip/link) with en-suite walk-in shower and Smart TV, second-floor king-size with Smart TV, and a single, along with a shower room. Outside, there is a non-enclosed courtyard with patio and furniture, a shared raised patio area, plus private, off-road parking for one car. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Visit 3 Pebble Cottage for your next adventure. Note: Steps up in rear courtyard to shared patio area. Note: When parking outside of cottage, please reverse into space to ensure our neighbour can access their drive. Note: The stairs are very steep nd narrow, so the property isn't suitable for those with limited mobility. Please note: Rubbish Removal should be reasonable or excess will be charged. Please note: During the peak period, there is a minimum stay of 6 days."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
