"Roselea consist of a first-floor kitchen with an electric oven, ceramic hob, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, and dining table for eight, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a first-floor sitting room with a TV, a woodburning stove, and a pool table, and a snug with TV. The ground-floor bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a front garden with lawn, picnic bench and pergola, side decking, and rear garden with lawn and picnic bench and off-road parking for two cars. Within 1.5 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.5 miles, you will find a pub. Highchair, travel cot, and stairgate available. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Note: The hot tub is not for guest use. Note: The garden is not enclosed.
