"Minack consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for six, a utility with washing machine, and a sitting room with Smart TV and gas fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a double and a bunk, serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside there is a rear enclosed garden with patio and furniture, a front non-enclosed patio with furniture and off-road parking for two cars with garage. Within 2.5 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property. Fuel, power, bed linen, towels and WiFi included in the rent. One medium well-behaved pet welcome. Make the perfect getaway to the Cornish coast and countryside with a stay at Minack. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
