"Trevean consists of an open-plan living space with a kitchen including an electric oven, electric hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, a dining area, and a sitting area with a Smart TV, woodburning stove, books, games and DVDs. The bedrooms consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a bathroom with bath, handheld shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with a patio, bench and lawned area, and an enclosed rear garden with a patio, lawn, furniture and barbecue. Roadside parking is available for 1 car. Within 0.1 mile, you will find a shop, and within 1.2 miles, a pub and a beach. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, towels, and a starter pack for the woodburning stove are all included in the price. Sorry, no pets. Have a wonderful time away at Trevean. Note: Towels are not included. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
