You can enjoy the 95m2 of this house very well distributed and furnished with great attention to detail and surrounded by a large garden. 7,000m2 meters of land, ample living space for morning tours and walks in the stillness of this beautiful rural area. Son Serra offers our guests many possibilities for different activities around with plenty of space, invites them to enjoy and relax in the summer months and is, of course, equipped with sunbathing comfortably. In the garden you will find a small park for children to play. The entire property is fenced and offers a lot of security and privacy. The house has a large living room with a comfortable sofa, fireplace and satellite TV; also dining room with table and chairs. The fully equipped kitchen offers you plenty of comfort and fun cooking in a good company. The interior consists of two double rooms 1 with double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The vacation home has a bathroom with a bath. All guest rooms at the accommodation have air conditioning and closets. Baby beds and high chairs are also available for our small guests. EXTRA COSTS TO PAY FOR THE GUEST: ELECTRICITY: Electricity consumption will be charged separately: 8,00 euros per night of stay. BAIL / SECURITY DEPOSIT: 300 euros will be collected on the day of check-in and once the check-out is made the return will be made if everything is in the same condition as the property was delivered. \*PAYMENT TOURIST TAX "ECOTASA" (this Tax is NOT INCLUDED in the rental price of the accommodation) We want to inform and remind guests who decide to rent tourist accommodation in the Balearic Islands, that on arrival the tourist tax (Ecotasa) demanded by the Balearic Government will be charged, to all resident and foreign tourists staying in tourist homes (in the same way as in hotels). Such collection is intended for the preservation and care of the islands and to improve in everything related to tourism. The fee for this tax in "high season" is 2.20 euros per night, per adult (Young people from the age of 16, are counted as adults, so they pay ecotase.) In "low season" the ecotase has a significant reduction : it is 0.55 x night x adult. For stays longer than 9 nights, from that ninth night, a 50% discount will apply on the following days of stay. -High season (1 May-31 October) 2,20€, from the 9th night: 1 x adult x night. -Low season (1 November-30 April) 0.55o, from the 9th night: 0.25 x adult x night. Ecotasa will be paid in CASH.
