"Ground Floor Annexe is a charming semi-detached ground-floor annexe attached to the owner's home in Milton-under-Wychwood, Oxfordshire. Hosting one twin bedroom and a bathroom, this property can sleep up to two guests. There is also a kitchen and a living/dining room with an electric fire. Outside there is off-road parking on the drive and shared access to the owner's enclosed garden with lawn, seating and patio. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.4 miles, pub 0.3 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels included in the rent. Ground Floor Annexe makes a wonderful base for a Cotswolds adventure. Note: This property only accepts bookings arriving on a Monday or a Friday for a minimum of 3 nights. Note: This property is not suitable for and does not accept children over the age of 1-year-old. Note: This self-contained property is adjoined to the owner's home with the properties sharing a porch entrance.

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
