"The open-plan living space houses a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating and a Smart TV. The bedrooms include a king-size with Smart TV and en-suite shower and a twin with Smart TV, serviced by a bathroom. To the outside is a decking and off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.9 miles or less there is a shop, pub and beach and please note pets and smoking are not tolerated. Travel cot, highchair, WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Choose Fairways 34 for a wonderful escape to Somerset. Note: There are steps leading up to the decking, please take care. Note: On-site facilities include an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, soft play area, club house, entertainment, fishing, half price golf and discounts for Brean theme park, Brean play and Brean Splash Waterpark; guests will be provided with passes for access to these discounted facilities. Outdoor swimming, fishing, entertainment & Brean Theme Park are closed during the winter"

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
