There is also a kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room and a snug, all of which are heated by gas central heating. The kitchen is equipped with a gas oven and hob, a microwave, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, whilst a washing machine is positioned in the utility. For entertainment purposes, there is a TV and WiFi. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. For little ones, a travel cot, stairgate and highchair are all available on request. Outside there is roadside parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.
