"Underfell is a semi-detached property based in Burton-in-Kendal, Cumbria. Inside has a double bedroom and a single bedroom, and a separate shower room. It has an open-plan living room, fitted kitchen and dining area, as well as a breakfast bar. There is an additional living area. Outside has an enclosed garden with a patio area. There is ample off road parking for four cars. Underfell is ideal for a short break or cosy holiday. Charge of -ú20 per pet applies. Please Note: If you are planning to stay at Underfell for 7 nights please ensure your holiday begins on a Friday, if you do book for a 7 night stay and this does not begin on a Friday please be advised this will incur a cleaning charge of -ú100, we will contact you after booking to take this extra amount"

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
