Those who love art and culture can easily reach some of the most famous cities in Tuscany: Pisa with its Piazza dei Miracoli, Lucca and its ancient city walls, Volterra and the Etruscan ruins. Even Florence can be easily reached in only an hour by car. For those who want to spend a day on the beach, the Versilia coast and Marina di Pisa await you. The house is surrounded by a garden with panoramic terraces equipped with barbecue and wood oven, ideal for outdoor dining and shaded by olive trees where the swimming pool (10x4, 1.45 m deep) ) is located and with outdoor shower and lighting.
