"There are two king-size bedrooms. Bathroom with a bath, a shower over it, a basin, and a WC. There is also a kitchen/diner and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. The property has gas central heating and the kitchen contains an electric oven and hob, microwave, and refrigerator. For entertainment there is WiFi and a TV. Fuel, electricity, and a starter kit for a wood-burning stove are included in the rent, as well as bed linen and towels. There is roadside parking available next to the property. Decking, furniture, and a barbecue are available in the rear garden. Storage available for bicycles. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. The nearest shop is 0.2 miles away, and the nearest pub is 0.1 mile away. Please keep in mind that there is one step up into this property, so proceed with caution. 2 Market Square is a superb setting for a getaway with loved ones to the Peaks. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
