"Corner Cottage, a four-storey home, has three bedrooms including a second-floor king-size, a double, and a twin room, serviced by a bathroom. The rest of the cottage contains an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire, and there is a utility area in the cellar together with bike storage. Appliances consist of an electric oven, gas hob, combi microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, Smart TV and DVD player. To the outside of the property there is a free public car park. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles. Escape to Derbyshire at Corner Cottage. Note: Internal access to the cellar is via steep steps, care must be taken, alternative level access is available from the rear of the property. Note: No cats allowed. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
