"Rose Cottage consists of a kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, tumble dryer, and dining table, a living/dining room with Smart TV, woodburning stove, and dining table seating four guests, a conservatory with freezer and seating, and an external cloakroom with basin and WC. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, and a twin. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent.. Off road parking for 1 car . Free public parking in the square at the front of the house. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Highchair, travel cot, and stairgate available. Shop 0.1 miles, pub 0.1 miles, river 0.7 miles. Return year after year to Rose Cottage. Note: Cloakroom is located outside. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
