Travel to another time in the Attic of the Medieval ARC! El Ático el ARCO Medieval is a 38m2 apartment with prívate terrace. It has a máximum capacity for 3 people and is located on the second floor without elevator within a small farm rehabilitated in 2018 in Fabio Rufino street, in the neighborhood of Pópulo. In the works, a considerable part of the canvas of the medieval wall of Cádiz has been exposed, which was hidden in the old construction and has been included as a fundamental axis in the decoration of the apartment. The apartment is divided into two floors where, despite the small size, there is space for a comfortable living room, kitchen and a cozy bedroom. It is located on a pedestrian street in the emblematic neighborhood of Pópulo, considered the oldest in Europe. A few steps from the apartment you will find cafes, restaurants, small supermarkets, shops... everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay in the city. When entering the apartment we find a spacious living room with a single sofa bed, a dining space, an American kitchen and a bathroom. Through a staircase we access the upper floor where the bedroom with queen-size bed and storage space is located. From the bedroom, access to a private terrace of 13m2 equipped with hot and cold shower and a rest area.
