The living areas consist of a living/dining room, a kitchen/diner, and a mezzanine snug. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and for entertainment, there is a Smart TV and WiFi. Outside, there is private off-road parking for two cars, along with a garden with a lawn. Fuel, power, a starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. Sorry, this is a pet-free, smoke-free property. You can find a shop, pub and beach within 1 mile. Y Berllan makes a charming escape to the North Welsh coast. Please note there are sloping ceilings upstairs and the flue of the woodburning stove is exposed in the mezzanine snug."
